Delivery time:
Inside Dhaka 2-3 business day. outside Dhaka-3-4 business days. We use pathao home delivery logistics.
Return Policy:
- If items or product is correct then delivery & return charge will be deducted from paid amount
- Delivery charge inside Dhaka flat rate 70 tk and out side Dhaka flate rate 110 tk. Return charge 50% of delivery charge
Refund policy:
The refund will be provided using the same payment channel that you have used for the payment within 7-10 working days
Exchange policy:
If dispatching product is defect or wrong size from our end, we will exchange those product in free charge.
